Yes, You get the license to use it for 5 of your clients. Please note that all graphics need to be in PNG, JPG or video format – you can not give templates away to your clients as PSD files.

No, with one purchase, you get all designs with one business logo and information provided by you. If you want the same bundle for your other business you need to buy again (its anyway super reasonable) and provide us with Logo and other information about the new business.
